Ensuring your event runs smoothly, whether in-person, hybrid or virtual, and delivering high-impact, we manage food and beverage, airport transfers, accommodation, name badges, lanyards, RFID tracking, AV and technical production, schedules, rehearsals, health and safety planning, risk assessments, and crisis management protocols.  

Event creative development including visual identity and branding, invites, brochures, signage, digital assets, presentations and visual aids, as well as full show production and manage all filming, photography, and post-event editing to create lasting content assets.  

Memorable events begin with powerful storytelling, so we work together to write key messages for content collateral, source and support speakers with briefings and speeches, and design a programme of engaging and insightful content.    

Driving the right audience to your event – and keeping them engaged afterwards – is central to our approach. Our promotional support includes strategic media planning and buying, PPC campaigns, paid social on LinkedIn, and targeted email marketing.
