Simon’s experience spans 27 years, where he has worked both as an Art Director/Copywriter and Creative Director. His freelance career allowed him to work abroad and directly for a range of international clients. During this time, he has received industry awards for his cinema and TV work including D&AD for TV/cinema, print, poster and direct marketing, British Television Advertising Awards, Campaign FRESH and a Grand Prix from the Direct Marketing Association. His work in the education sector has won a series of high-profile digital awards too, specifically for creating educational and training media for teacher support and professional development at the ERA and BETT.
As Creative Lead at BLUE, Simon leads the creative team to deliver inspiring campaigns and strategies for BLUE clients. Simon is a hands-on conceptual creative, working in partnership with the brand strategy and digital marketing teams to bring concepts to life with creativity and quality production methods.
