Nick Arthur


Nick joined BLUE in April 2015 from TV listings organisation OnTheBox, where he was Head of Content. Prior to this he held roles at Value Retail plc, PHOENIX magazine and the Campaign For Rural England. Nick has a Law LLB from the University of Nottingham, and more than six years’ experience developing high-quality communications underpinned by in-depth insight and technical understanding for clients ranging from satcomms to sustainability.

At BLUE Nick is responsible for the global ocean transport operator AAL, marine fuel supplier Bomin, multiphase oil and gas metering innovators,M-Flow, multidisciplinary marine surveyors, Gardline, the world’s leading maritime software house NAPA, the world’s second largest marine liability insurer, North P&I Club, and world-leading satellite operator SES Networks.

Nick has previously worked with the global lubricants manufacturer Castrol, leading satellite antenna provider Intellian, Finnish clean tech pioneers Norsepower, motion and control experts Parker Kittiwake, and the Sustainable Shipping Initiative, a coalition of ambitious leaders working to improve maritime sustainability.
