Bee Cheng joined BLUE as a Junior Account Executive intern in June 2014, before started her role in Finance in May 2015. She previously worked as an Assistant Accountant at Oxfam and Research Assistant for the Professor of Accounting and Sustainability Management at Said Business School, University of Oxford.
At BLUE, Bee Cheng draws on her skills to take responsibility for updating and improving the financial and book keeping processes, whilst ensuring the day-to-day management of all accounting and all the routine financial aspects of BLUE. She is committed to ensuring the smooth operation of the accounting function by working closely with BLUE’s Finance Director.
Bee Cheng holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honour) degree in Accounting and Finance and a Master of Science in Tourism: Environment and Development. She is also training towards an accountancy professional accounting qualification, ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) and is aiming to complete the ACCA exams and become a chartered accountant in 2017.
