With a passion for clear, concise communication combined with creativity, Emma’s career has spanned almost two decades and most industries.
From FMCG to fashion ecommerce, shipping and logistics brands, Emma has built and led PR and social media teams for multiple UK-based integrated marketing consultancies and agencies, most recently leading PR at the UK’s largest dedicated parcel company, where she provided Board level counsel to a £Bn company on reputation management and crisis communications.
Working in social media since its inception, Emma is passionate about building strategies that drive genuine brand engagement and strong metrics and was an early adopter of influencer engagement for brands as diverse as Cloud Nine, Jacuzzi and the MOBO Awards.
Emma has returned to BLUE after previously working in shipping and sustainability in 2014, and now heads up BLUE’s Northern hub, which is based in Leeds.
