Nicolle joined BLUE in October 2011, having previously worked to deliver robust public relations and marketing campaigns for clients in both the public and private sectors. A graduate of Cardiff University, Nicolle has a BSc in Social Science and a Masters Degree in International Public Relations.

Prior to joining BLUE, Nicolle worked as an account executive in a Cardiff-based public relations agency, working on a number of high-profile accounts across a diverse range of industries. Nicolle was involved in delivering communications programmes for the Welsh Assembly Government’s e-Crime, Climate Change and DCELLS departments. Nicolle also worked to deliver targeted communications for private sector housing, training, arts and not-for-profit clients.

Nicolle has a leading role in managing and delivering BLUE’s communications programmes on behalf of a number of leading marine industry clients.
